Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@candlesbywickit.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Should your order arrive with any imperfections, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please include imagery of both the piece and its packaging, and we will promptly address the matter.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Candle-Specifics
We use a premium soy–coconut wax blend that burns cleanly and evenly.
Free from paraffin, it allows for a slower burn, smooth finish, and a soft, steady glow suited to candles of this scale.
For the first burn, allow the candle to melt fully to the edges of the vessel to prevent tunnelling and ensure an even burn over time.
Our larger 9×9 and 9×14 candles should be burned for a minimum of 4-5 hours on the first use, while our 5×5 candles require around 2 hours. Once a full melt pool is achieved, the candle will continue to burn evenly in subsequent uses.
Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it within sight. Keep away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets. Trim wicks before each use and discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains.
